MTD Build carried out two projects for us in 2004 and 2007

10 Manatu Street, Mt Eden, Auckland (2004)

This involved lifting an attic roof to create an additional bedroom, converting an existing bedroom into a living area, and adding an upstairs bathroom adjacent to these two rooms. A key requirement was to preserve the original look of the large villa from the outside, so the extensions appeared seamless and part of the original home.

7 Carmen Avenue, Mt Eden, Auckland (2007)

This project was to completely rebuild a kitchen and bathroom at the rear of the house, gutting the original rooms, and again creating a look and style that blended into the original home. Large bi-fold French doors were also added to open out onto an expansive deck.

Mark and his team are professionals. The workmanship was of a very high standard, the attention to detail very good, the tradesman and contractors were skilled, and both projects were completed within an agreed timeframe. Discussion and review were welcomed and changes made with mutual agreement ie no surprises. Costs were openly discussed and any issues quickly resolved. MTD are very good at villa/bungalow renovation and worked hard to create a result that matched the original features of the building.

Overall, a great job done on both projects. I have no hesitation in recommending MTD Build to future clients.
